Making the decision look for a therapist is often not an easy one and some people see having therapy as a sign of weakness. But, in fact, the opposite is true: having therapy means that you are finding a way to work through the many different feelings linked to grief.

In having therapy with me you will have someone to talk to who is not going to judge you nor emotionally burden you, and who will help you better understand and work through your feelings.

Because I believe it’s really important to find the right therapist I offer a reduced fee for the first introductory session. If you decide to continue in therapy with me, we will meet on a regular basis for the number of sessions that work for you.
